Wear Sunglasses & BLUE LIGHT BLOCKING LENS - Too much UV exposure makes you more likely to get cataracts and macular degeneration. Choose sunglasses that block 99% to 100% of both UVA and UVB rays
Lubricate Eyes - Use lubricating eye drops
VISIT YOUR EYE DOCTOR - Get your eyes examined regularly to find any eye diseases that can be treated in earlier stages. Prevention is better than cure!
